LyN is a cross-platform game engine developed by Ubisoft Montpellier. According to Ubisoft, the first title to use the engine was Rabbids Go Home((https://www.ign.com/articles/2009/05/05/why-youll-love-rabbids-go-home)), which was in development for over 2 years.

Developer Michel Ancel has stated that Beyond Good & Evil 2 was originally intended to use LyN before his team had to support other Ubisoft titles.((https://www.instagram.com/p/CFvH559q7uS/)) Given the timeframe, it's very likely this is the same Beyond Good & Evil 2 project that was seen in 2008.((https://youtu.be/-nh6qcfSEg4))
